The day began with participants departing from the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, where some brave souls ventured to cover over 46 kilometers, while others opted for the shorter version of just over 6 kilometers from Collbató. At 8:00 AM, the walkers of the short route began their trek, and Laporta did not hesitate to accompany them for the first few kilometers of this exciting adventure.
Once at the Abbey of Montserrat, the president was warmly welcomed by fans, who seized the opportunity to capture the moment with selfies and cheers.
