FC Barcelona Returns to Asia for Preseason 2025/26
Six years after their last visit, the Blaugrana team will embark on a tour of Japan and South Korea.

The FC Barcelona has confirmed its return to the Far East for the 2025/26 preseason, marking a significant milestone after six years of absence in the region. The tour, which will kick off on July 24, promises to be an exciting event for fans, as the team led by Hansi Flick faces renowned rivals in Japan and South Korea.

The first match will be against Vissel Kobe on July 27 at the Noevir Kobe Stadium, an iconic venue with a capacity of 30,000 spectators. This match not only marks the beginning of the tour but also serves as a reunion with a familiar opponent, as the Blaugrana have faced the Japanese team twice before, both times winning (0-2 in 2019 and 0-2 in 2023).

A Journey Through South Korea

After their stop in Japan, the team will head to South Korea to play two more matches. The first will be against FC Seoul on July 31 at the Seoul World Cup Stadium, which can accommodate over 66,000 fans. Subsequently, on August 4, the Barça will conclude their tour by facing Daegu FC in a stadium that can hold 68,014 spectators. Both matches promise to be a grand football celebration in stadiums that were part of the 2002 World Cup.

The tour, titled The Blaugrana Tour, Asia Edition, by Philips Ambilight TV, will be the seventh in the history of FC Barcelona in Asia, where the club has cultivated a solid fan base and commercial relationships. In Japan, Barça boasts approximately 3.6 million fans, highlighting the importance of this region for the club.

Tickets and Expectations

Fans interested in attending these matches will be able to purchase tickets through platforms like Rakuten Ticket and NOL Ticket, with links to be announced soon. Expectations are high, and stadiums are expected to fill with supporters who will cheer for every play of the Blaugrana team.

With this tour, FC Barcelona aims not only to prepare its squad for the upcoming season but also to strengthen ties with its supporters in Asia, a continent where love for football and Barça continues to grow. It will undoubtedly be an unforgettable summer for fans and the club itself.
